how do we go about changing the colour scheme and what about our artwork for the logo...?? ???

Black is very new school, what about something a bit more 'Miami Vice'? Or maybe something like radman's wallpaper?

dave you can change the colour by choosing from the box in the top right hand corner

download some skins for whatever this forum is.

then have a skin selector at the bottom of the screen so members can choose.

the skins are pretty easy to modify
