Its the 8th Round of the 2012 Summer Series!! so come on lads get ya names down!!!!

Its also the last chance to race this track before its modified.

Silver BC Membership with Provisional Racing License is needed (its FREE with a Silver Membership).   If you've just applied then bring proof of purchase if your Membership hasn't arrived.   Just get your ass trackside in time for registration (probably 10:30am at the latest) and sign up and pay your money.   Thats it!!

RADBMX ID, Number Plate and Weapon of OS Destruction Please.  

REMEMBER!!!   OS Racing is all about fun and trying to stay on the bike.  So all you newbies out there who want to have a dabble then dont wait and dont worry.  We're a great bunch of lads.  Whatever physical condition your in or skills your lacking, you'll still be appreciated.  Its all about the CRAIC!!  :daumenhoch:

If any Midlands, Southern or Scottish OS Riders fancy a trip up/down to sunny Hartlepool then you'll be more than welcome but prepare for a good ass whupping!!   ;D

Full Face Helmet, Long pants and long sleeve jersey and Gloves are minimum requirements.   I suggest Shin/Kneepads and Elbow pads.  Body Armour wouldn't go a miss either!!  ;)

I have a do the night before so I'm doubtful.   

I'm not racing till next summer anyway but I'll get my video gear ready on the off chance I'm up for it.  ???

It's 50/50 on whether I can make it. And on top of that I'm 30/70 on whether to ride OS or NS Cruiser.

So thats...

15% Yes (Old School)
35% Yes (New School Cruiser)
50% No

I'm a maybe :-\
Not sure whether I'm doing NS or OS yet, depends on how I feel and which bike is working least badly ::). My NS bike has square wheels and my OS bike has big tight and loose spots in the chain which is 'entertaining' - although the chain line is okay now so I probably won't snap the chain again.

Don't worry Jon. As long as you can crank it to the bottom of the start hill you will easily make it to the end of the track just by pumping.

Downhill BMX, it's the future. :D

Ha ha, and a ski lift to get us back up the hill afterwards ;)

My 5 year old will be making his regional debut in novice on Sunday. I hope his brake is working well cos he's only been round Yeadon & Bradford and he has to pedal really hard to get over all the jumps - a downhill track is gonna give him some speed :10_2_12:

Was just reading posts on other north region racing, it has been mentioned on many occasions that us North East riders have to make a canny trek to the west coast to race our North region friends.

I was just thinking that if any radsters are thinking about coming to Hartlepool but are in two minds because of the journey, myself (and the wife and kids) are up for offering our dining room floor and a couple of sofa's to any riders and/or familys as an alternative to not coming or braving a tent. obviously including toilet, bathroom and kitchen facilities.

This will be a earlish to bed, earlish to rise and eat breakie before going racing type deal.



I am approx 6 miles from the track.

the track was patched up well, dirt berms are scary but fun, really enjoyed racing you dudes today n loved getting airbourne with diggler n bof in the 2nd moto, really appreciate all the dudes who make an effort to come up, it affects the weather n is always freakishly spot on  :daumenhoch:

Big thanks to everyone who organised and helped at the event !! Was I right good day and an exelent old shool turn out , just see how many can turn out when we put our minds to it !! Racing was very enjoyable must remember not to do so many practice laps !! Well done Daz !! Your a winner !!!

Aye, was a most excellent day and good to race guys I've not raced before even if the Falcon Pro did put some nasty teeth marks in my leg in moto 2. Big thanks to Madd Dogg for lending me his TNT to finish the day on. What a nice handling bike  :4_17_5:

the OS looked great yesterday jumping the dubs on the first straight. Well done Diggler with a well deserved win. Looked great all day .

Built the Hutch cruiser back up to give it one final run out at Hartlepool before selling it............hmmm maybe after club champs now  ::)

i finished 8th in the regional  tables and i have broken leg showns how much the numbers have dropped

doc and phisio says not but u never know aint got bike either to be honest only got new school cruiser which will be for sale soon once built back up

doctors & physio told me the same when i broke kneecap that i would never ride again but i'm up and about on a bike and ready for next season  :daumenhoch:

Just get yourself healed up mate. When you're ready (and you will be at some point) there'll be bikes to borrow and mates that can help you get up and running :daumenhoch:

The majority of the Old School gate seem to have had breaks that shouldn't be recovered from - you'll be back  :daumenhoch:

Yes, Dubber came to me in a dream at MK, I don't remember much but I am pretty sure I was touched by his spirit.

What has happened to Munter Drugger? I haven't seen him on RAD recently  ???
