Title: S&M Holmes info
Post by: Kaner on August 27, 2012, 08:49 AM
A friend of mine has this S&M Holmes and might be looking to move it on.

So because i know bugger all about Mid-school the question is-is it a reasonable build and what should the value be?

This is the run down he gave me:

Mid 90's s&m Holmes, inch headset
10mm axels
S&m bars
DK inverted stem
Odyssey dynatron headset
Bully forks
Profile 3 piece crank and chain ring
Dia comp brake
G sport rear hub.

If anyone is interested let me know and I will sort out some contact details.

Cheers Ben

price wise i would guess as a complete £200/250  would break better but ashame as its a very honest ride

Ok cool, I can't imagine he will split it.

I reckon it would clean up pretty well, with a few new parts it would be quite an awesome little rider.

heres a few quick pics i took as i got it out the van.
had a quick rider and my god it feels so much better than the N/G dirt bike i was riding at mk.
only thing now is do i restore it up or leave it as is as im gonna have this as my meets cruiser now  :coolsmiley:.
seats gotta be changed though. looks like it came off one of them mini burners bitd  ;D
anybody have any clue what the wheel rims might be.there steel and look like something you'd have on a grifter
seem a funny rim to put with the G sport hub and the fronts a sealed one too
the tyres are like something on a moto x bike lol. you can feel em as you ride lol. love it  :daumenhoch:.
