Title: got this free today with some kids toys, help with the age please?

the serial numbers are TF31015......HAMAG10950
Any help would be great thanks as serial number totaly puzzle me to bits :)

got this to do and another goose in the post and 2 burners to finish...oh! and a couple of pre war bikes. must be mad but love it :)
