Title: New Bars vs Lever Shims
Post by: GavinDavis on September 07, 2012, 09:50 AM
Ive just bought some new 9" Hoffman Bama bars in chrome, I fitted them last night and noticed that the diameter of the tubing is slightly smaller than my original bars.

When I came to put my lever on (Odyssey Modulever) it seems that ive lost one of the reducing shims to make it tight on the bars :( ....I want to ride it tomorrow so wondered if anyone knows anywhere around the redditch/birmingham area that I could pick up a set of new shims?  Or do I just make my own? :( ...doh!!
