Title: CYC Bikes 70's?

Any know any thing about CYC old 70s bikes ,mate has something like this with almost motomag type wheels

They made some cool bikes in the 70's. All you need to know's here  :daumenhoch:

Anyone know what the wheels are ? I cant see any markings? the tyres are michelin,freewheel is a shimano.
The frame has had an attempt at stripping, but there seem to be no damage forks are tange.
