Off to the Lake District next month. Wondering if there are any skateparks nearby worth checking out?

Not really mate a few small crappy council parks but not worth the trouble tbh, if you mtb whinlatter forest is well worth a visit, about 5 mins from keswick.

Nowt in keswick, small park in penrith and slightly larger in carlisle but still small, bring a mtb or borrow one off me :daumenhoch:

Here's some South Lakes options-
There's a reasonable outdoor park in Barrow-in-Furness and a decent concrete quarter in Ulverston (but not much else).
Pump tracks in Seascale and Bootle.
It might be a bit unseasonable for this but I can tell you the location of amazing set of trails in South Lakes. As trails etiquette dictates I won't put the details up here - drop me a PM for them (and take a shovel and a box of donuts if you go).
As Smoothy says, you're best on a MTB - riding a plenty. If you want trail center convenience you can't go wrong at Grizedale Forest - there's Red and Black graded routes.
