Hi guys

Looking for some decent nice looking rider tyres

Have seen a few great recommendations for the chas and Dave tyres, and they look spot on
Preference is for some white tyres though, ambervwalled.......anyone point me in the right direction ?

I had Kenda Kontacts on a Performer of mine, not gum wall but all white. They looked great and rode well :daumenhoch:

These are a nice tyre. They do 1.75's in white with gumwall if you can find them  :daumenhoch:

You pays for what you get. Cheap monies, cheap tyres. Odyssey Aitkens are a good grippy street tyre  :coolsmiley:

Primo V-Monster tan walls are a great looking and handling tyre too  :daumenhoch:

Thanks guys

Great feedback.     :daumenhoch:

Just as a matter of interest, are the Haro multi surface tyres any good ?

Think I'll open my options to white walled too

Period.

I have a set of both, never had a problem with either, grippy and no quality issues at all.

The tan wall colour is a bit orange, but thats my opinion.

I paraphrase...

Primo V-Monsters have been one of the most popular tyres now for almost 20 years. The Xposure tyres are a very cheap construction with the side wall is covered in rubber (gum wall) rather than being a proper skin wall like on the Primos...so will appear thicker, but they perish quickly and blow off the rim or lose their shape very easily compared to other tyres. There's been a few complaints ( including me ) about the strength of the walls on the Primos - The first gen Primos were a thicker construction, but due to market pressure for lightweight everything they have up’d the quality of the rubber so that they can go thinner. Supply and demand!

w a n k says I.
