Clear pads from thread shop Paul
They do squeak like fook but work very well
-
the red dia compe pads work well once bedded in :daumenhoch:
-
I use those skyway tuffpads. Theyre not bad once dialled in.
-
old school brakes dont work full stop paul, best use your feet and ask your parents for new pumps every month :D

I agree with Griff i have these they screem and squeal like a pig to slaughter!
i have been told by Stanley bridge bikes that its down to the break calliper which are the new style one which come on a SE RACING RIPPER?
don't know how true this is ? anyone??
-
They scream like a b!tch even on 1000's dude :crazy2:
-
REALLY! SO ITS THE PADS THEN COZ THEY MAKE A RIGHT NOISE!
MIGHT TRY SKYWAYS THEN IF THEY FIT
OK ON THE NEW TYPE CALIPERS.
-
Same on 990s. But it stops ya. :daumenhoch:
-
I was told it's the type of material that they are made of. Apparently, it stretch's to grip as it's applied to the moving surface and the squealing is the result :)

I don't mind the squealing pads
Comes in well handy on London rides when you want tourists to shift the fook out of the way :daumenhoch:
