Title: Seat fix ?

If i have a suede seat - and i'm going to dye it... after is there any way of getting a decal on it in such a way like they did back in the day ?
some thing like a iron on print or so like a spray paint ? - any one done this or know of a way ?

any pics of done one's ?

What about those labels you used to be able to get for a printer to make your own t shirts? Just an idea. Suede... nice...

What decal are you wanting on? is a normal self adhesive one?

I wanted to make it into a old mongoose seat - black with the gold lettering but fell that a sticker might not not look right unless really pressed on tight !

it's almost as it needs to be stenciled on in gold paint ?




anyone has a close up of a early suede goose seat with the gold lettering please  :angel:

there must be a way tho im sure, anything can be done..!

they are stamped using hot foil. not sure who does it these days ;)

You need a print shop that does Hot foil embossing :daumenhoch: it will cost you a bit for set up,you need to pay for a one off stamp/dye that you should be able to keep afterwards,the procedure is the same for printing credit card style business cards etc :daumenhoch:

works a treat. i ironed on some letters to a hat a year ago and has been washed 20 times, still there strong as ever !
