Title: Putting on Decals........

Are there any secrets or do I just slap them on?

I use a bit of masking tape on the back of the sticker to get them lined up and in place so you can then move it about until it looks right, then peel off the backing paper and they usually stick where ya want em !! :daumenhoch:

spray water on the item and some on the back of the decal, this allows you to move the decal around a bit to its final destination, then squeegy the excess water out....its the way forward and it deffo works....used this method on all my rides

i know the soapy water things works but i've not had the bottle to do it incase i fecked em up  :crazy2:.
just stuck the ones on my T/A dry.
no room for mistakes though  :-\.

I use a little light spray of luke warm soapy water with 1 drop of washing up liquid on the Frame and Forks only not directly on the decals this allows you a little bit of room to move them about.

Yup, the soapy water method works for me too, ddone loads of different declas like that from RC cars through to proper race cars.

the soapy water thing only works on good decals & doesnt work on alot of repro's that people have done on the computer so watch out or you will be throwing them in the bin
