In the late 80s i took the tube from London to railroad station that would take me to East Anglia. Real close to the station was a very cool BMX track and some pretty cool cats who even back then had a lot of questions about the early days of BMX.
I know this is a long shot but does anyone here remember what the track was?

Was the track located in a park?? If it was it was probably walthamstow, the wreck, the track the original uk bmx boys built in an olod netball court? If it rings bells let me know and I will give you some more details

Hi Reilley
In the late 80s i took the tube from London to railroad station that would take me to East Anglia.
Not sure what you mean on this? Did you take a train from London on the East Anglian line? Or did you take a tube and the track was in London.
If it was a train ride approx between 45 mins and 1 hour from London (Kings Cross) it might be Royston Rockets which is a track pretty near to a train station?

Hope this helps

Thanks for the info. What I remember was that I took a tube from London to the last tube station available. (I know it wasn't the "Red Line") I would walk up from the tube into a train station that would take me to East Anglia. I remember a guy named James who rode a GHP and some other cat who was his close friend who showed me the track. It wasn't in a park tho, I remember a few businesses being in the general area.

Ipswich maybe?
