Half in the wrong section but needed some info as well as another one tyre !
Got a couple of lester mags style 9 which will be painted red
1. what is the best way to have the siver/metal line still showing - tape it off before paint - of scrape off the paint after ?
2. the tyres, what year are the INNOVA's from ?
3. does any one have a second innova tyre around please :'(

i think coaster sets were fully painted, no scrapey needed :daumenhoch:
-
this is a free wheel set :)
-
:LolLolLolLol: i'd of put money on that being the reply :daumenhoch: :LolLolLolLol:
-
;D so now what is your answer ;D

i just painted a coaster set ( no pics yet though). i reckon it would be easy enough to sand the shiney bits after painting the whole wheel.
-
warm it up a bit or leave it cold when sanding / or would a razor do better ?
;)
-
Tape up the rim B,and scrape off excess afterwards with fingernail or razor blade,I'd paint over the spokes and sand them after, easy as they are thin. :daumenhoch:
-
Sand paper on brake blocks would do, surely shirley?

;D so now what is your answer ;D
Hang em up in the shed n reminisce about how great they were :daumenhoch: i converted mine to freewheel bitd ;) ;) ( pulled the brake shoes out the coaster :LolLolLolLol: ) then quickly realised that you can't stop a bike running Lesters with caliper brakes rotational mass n all that bollux :LolLolLolLol:
