Post by: BENDYCAT ELEVENTEEN on October 21, 2012, 06:09 PM
Half in the wrong section but needed some info as well as another one tyre !

Got a couple of lester mags style 9 which will be painted red

1. what is the best way to have the siver/metal line still showing - tape it off before paint - of scrape off the paint after ?
2. the tyres, what year are the INNOVA's from ?
3. does any one have a second innova tyre around please  :'(

i just painted a coaster set  ( no pics yet though). i reckon it would be easy enough to sand the shiney bits after painting the whole wheel.

warm it up a bit or leave it cold when sanding / or would a razor do better ?

Tape up the rim B,and scrape off excess afterwards with fingernail or razor blade,I'd paint over the spokes and sand them after, easy as they are thin. :daumenhoch:
