Can anyone please tell me if its ok to clean (make whiter) by soaking in bleach and hot water..?
or is there a better way..?

If you're gonna bleach em, make sure (if they're alloy hubbed) you cover the alloy in vaseline - otherwise the bleach eats the alloy.
Don;t think there's owt you can use to fill dings fella if you're gonna ride it.

There is a restoration sticky on how to bleach mags.In my experience it's a pain in the butt to do and i don't particularly like what it does to the plastic. The solution most people seem to employ these days with white mags is to have them aqua blasted to bring them back white.I have a beigey set of alloy hubbed tuffs which will be going for this treatment shortly! :daumenhoch:

cheers..! were will you be taking them for aqua blast?

Probably be sending them to Metal Magic in Barnsley,as recommended by another member on here.I can't seem to find anywhere locally that does it. :daumenhoch:

Here's one in Derbyshire (not sure where you are based?), not used them but have been looking for somewhere locally that offers it
