Nick - YGPM mate.

You need to speak to Jedi Welding Master Phil "Sawzall". Problem solved :yahoo_silent: :daumenhoch:

I must be too then.  :)
It looks like a 1" extender with the added end flared to do the end cap job too.
With that end cap flare for new school grips it doesn't look like you would be able to get a set of os grips over because that bit is wider than the grip.

Dare I say you could always cut a hole in the end of the grip    :daumenhoch:

If your using o/s grips then you could either cut the end flange off by hand, or turn it down in a lathe.  Either way would work as the grubb screw is still visible to be able to clamp it to the inside of the bars :)

When you put your o/s grips over the top of the extensions you wouldnt be able to tell any difference compared to the end of a normal bar :)

Job done....Slight bit of a modification to the extensions but it would definitely work.

What bars are you using?  Are they already cut cos you could always source the original size ones?  Or....if all else fails....bring on the welder :)
