-
i really dont get this grip problem on rad, ive never had a grip slip & have never had to use anything to get them on & off, i'll post a step by step guide soon as i can find someone to hold the camera

that would do
and get some bar ends
mushy do slip about when they get sweated up
-
man its a nightmare they just keep poppin off even when just breaking soft , had this prob years ago with sm grips but forgot how to solve the sliding prob
-
the later generation of mushrooms (nuggets) used to ship with a tube of grip glue
-
that sound right can u not buy the glue seperate or at least a substitute
-
im use clear plastic primer to stick my grips on
me new skool bike as mushys and they havent moved yet
-
im the past ive used a little drop of washing up liquid and lift the bars out in the sun to dry out
sticks a treat in my experience :)
-
Yeah Dordys right you used to use Hairspray on Sharp Grips aswell and SM Mushrooms are pretty similar compound so spray inside the Grips and directly on the Bars and they will stick firm. Make sure it is a decent brand of Hairspray not cheap rubbish also needs to be Mega Hold Extra Firm whatever is the strongest nowdays.

i find WD40 works a treat.helps slide the grips on easly, then when it drys out, sticks like s~#t to a blanket.
-
I used WD40 on mine and they no longer slip at all.
-
hairspray all the way smells nice too
-
only easy and simple way is wd40.good on golf grips too ;)
-
Tried the hairspray today and left them out in the sun to dry but they did not stick, they did smell lovely though lol. Used the puncture repair kit glue and left that to dry after a hour they did not move a bit. They are now stuck solid no movement at all cheers for all the cool advice though
