Does anyone have, or could they point me in the right direction of a top hat washer/chain ring adaptor that I can use to mount a powerdisc to the axle.
The fusion axle measure 20mm and im going to be using a porkchop chopsaw chainring. According to porkchops website, the diameter of the hole on their powerdisc is 23.75mm. Im after a reducing adaptor to take it down to 20mm. All of the ebay ones (and there are only three) are for 19mm axles for use on a 22mm chain ring hole.
Does it look as though im going to have to make one?

Gav try Alan's wbsite. Search for top hat washer and it gives you a drop-down menu for the sizes - the one you need may be in there from memory.

Gav - here's the link but the size you need is deffo not standard. Are you sure the spindle is 20mm all the way along as I had a set of Redline cranks with a 20mm BB shaft but 19mm crank arm splines.
I'd buy a 23.8-19mm adapter and if it doesn't fit then take it to a machine shop or buy a 20mm drill and clear the hole out yourself carefully.it's only £3 to buy and an easy fix if it doesn't fit.
Bodgin' it is the future mate - give it a go!

Just had a looksy Spen and yeah its gonna have to be the 23.9 - 19mm adaptor. No drama though cos to take 1mm off shouldnt take a few seconds anyway :daumenhoch:
Top stuff :)
Dont tell too many people about the bodge to fit technique though as im already getting slated for considering putting Pro Freestyle Tour decals on my Vertigo :LolLolLolLol: ....Another hit might finish me off ;D
