Well done to the guys that did it make it, hats off to you all :4_17_5:
I wasn't sure what to vote on really, the complete overall cost at it's lowest, the overall look of the bike or the passion and in-genius thought that went into building it ???
Anyways, I hope my vote reflects what 'budget build off' was about.
Happy Xmas to you all

I've voted but there are no losers in my mind, this is what building bikes is about for many enthusiasts :daumenhoch:
-
I think it could be safe to say that Clint has won his own comp!!The Batvus got my vote!did love Johns Shock too,it's a shame some of the other builds didn't materialise :daumenhoch:

Well said Jon, the whole idea of the comp was for a bit of fun and to try and capture the enthusiasm for the we love :daumenhoch:
Would be nice to do one next year but i'm not sure there is enough interest :-\

Depends if new/mid bikes are allowed? The 20" Supercross I'm building has cost about £90 so far and it's 2/3 done
-
The original thinking was that its fairly easy to build a new/ late mid school bike for the budget and it didnt make for much of a challenge :daumenhoch:
-
Good point.
I'll be happy just to beat a few of the more serious clipped-in riders on my bike built from other people's spare parts when I race it :2gunsfiring_v1: :2gunsfiring_v1:
