Title: Newbies, FYI - Important Bearing Cup Fitting Advice!!

Post by: threaders on January 02, 2013, 03:48 PM: Freezer worked a treat for me twice after being left in there for about 2 hours. I think one was with white tioga headset cups and the other chrome. I just used a hammer and block of wood before, but the freezer defo made a difference. Strange eh :)
