Title: SR MS-427 BMX STEM --- ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED

OK got a SR STEM it's a MS-427  gonna clean it up and sell it on as it's been knocking around my shed for a few year but....what year they from? did they only come on completes? any info and help would be great  :daumenhoch: thanks  :daumenhoch:
