Not far off imo Kappy , £20ish for a snide but i have seen the genuine Mallets go for more than £50 .
-
so is £110 a bit steep for a genuine one?
-
Genuine Mallets have SR stamped on the quill. They tend to go for between 40 for a in need of resto one, upto 100 for a NOS coloured one :daumenhoch:
110 is a bit over the top but, if you need and desire it, you pay what you feel buddy :)

As above. Genuine 21.1 quills are stamped SR and were black, but that wears off and can easily be rubbed off if the stem head is polished or refurbished. Snides have chrome quills. GT did redo a later version but it is a 22.2 shafted quill and the font of the GT logo is different.
Refurbed or rider originals @ 50 notes.
NOS. Go speak to the bank manager :LolLolLolLol:

What year are those stems? ;)
-
Snides have a small drilled hole in the top of the stem, usually to run the brake cable through. Plus the chrome quill as mentioned by others previously....The genuine has a Potts mod through the main bolt. Sr stamp/date/Cr-mo/Japan
