Title: THE BARN.................RIP
Post by: QUADROPHENIA on July 19, 2006, 04:02 PM: it took 6 months to build it, it see some awesome riding in it, met some cool people in it, and only took a couple of hours to destroy it

i am so friggin upset at the minute,i didnt even take any photos of the ramp or people riding it, there was even a set of nos grey tuffs in there, but feck it, if we can find somewhere else we can rebuild bigger and better this time ;)

Hopefully it was fully insured along with all the dozens of NOS parts, frames and complete bikes.

On the same note, I have seen a few field fires and a marina mooring burnt, all within the last four days. It's hot and tinder dry every where.

To think all that energy and atmospere have just vanished is so sad. :'(
Lets hope we can get something else going in time for winter.

feck knows phil, just got a call from mark who built it yesterday morning saying " i got some bad news" he wasnt lying, keep thinking of silly things that happened there, and some top riding, for fecks sake we even had the honour of mr canning ripping it up which was super cool, but must admit mr galley ruled that ramp, but i did have to show him the way. i honestly dont know if i could do it all again, but have had many calls to say that people would help build another but we will see, need to find a friggin barn to start with
