It's a French mongoose manufacturing it is MBK who made them in 1984, it is a rather rare model in France.

I had my answer on BMXmuseum and I have put the answer here for those whom that interests to know that there is mongoose expert made for France and uk.

And for those whom that always interests, I am going to resell only the frame.
I bought a frame of mongoose F3 whom I am going to go back up(to raise) with the parts of the French expert.
