Is that the bike in the pic? If so the fact it's got a v-brakes on the chain stay and on the forks I'd say its cheap shit probley from toys r us or Argos maybe even tesco! :daumenhoch:

I bet the original vendor was a middle aged lady at a garden centre. Might be fun to leave it somewhere and see how long it lasts before it gets stolen.
