Title: WINI's Leeds Ride, please read
Post by: WINI on February 06, 2013, 09:59 PM: Guys, I've been having a think about this for a while, and decided to give it a go. I spoke to the manager of the first pub on the route, and to make it a little more 'palatable' that 50+ grown men would be turning up on kids bikes in the middle of the afternoon, told her it was a charity ride >:D

My cousin is quite involved with a charity called 'Joining Jack', helping raise money and awareness of a disease with no cure after it hit the young son of friend and ex team mate (Rugby League) Andy Johnson. So I thought, why not do something good at the same time as admiring each others bikes and getting leathered. I've set up a page in my name on the official website, so have a read and if you want, make a donation. I'm not gonna preach, donate if you want, or don't. Up to you. A fiver would be fine considering the amount of people coming.

There's a fair bit Denz, but its a loop so you could always stop at a pub till we got back :D

That's a very gentle trundle (think the london ride covers a fair bit more than that)
