Title: Bottom Bracket
Post by: PNWRS2000 on February 27, 2013, 08:47 PM
Probably a stupid question but here goes -

I'm used to sealed cartridge bottom brackets in mountain bikes and road bikes and I'm not overly keen on the one piece crank on my BMX. So my question is, is there such a thing as a sealed cartridge bottom bracket unit for bmx's ?

I want to try and keep it looking reasonably 80's ish though so I don't want to have to change to the newer style of cranks that have the little sprocket etc

Cheers

If you want to keep your one piece crank, get a sealed BB for it. You can pick up gusset Ones on eBay for about £30  :daumenhoch:

That'd be Gusset, also, look out for Odyssey ones, they are also around.

You can get older Tange/tioga ones, but they'll cost loads more.
