Title: Shimano DX lever question.
Post by: martin46 on March 02, 2013, 08:00 PM: This will no doubt sound like im stupid to most of you. But i never used 80's DX levers before , so just want to check on how to cable them up correctly.
Do i have to remove the actual lever and thread the cable into it, like on 90's DX's?

Post by: not johndub71 on March 04, 2013, 01:52 PM: My mate had one and I think lhb above is right. Kinda like a DX V brake lever. I think also the cable barrell is a small standard one, not the big one you would use with os Tech3s.
