Title: De-lug or not.

Should I de-lug a 2003 late mid-school frame.

I'm thinking I should as it looks like what riders where doing then and I'm not going to be putting a giro on it.

I'd just be leaving the lugs for leaving thems sake or in case I ever sold it.
