It's the Pro mate ! :daumenhoch: Measured it & checked the serial & it was originally chrome !
-
Pro's are 192.25.001, Experts are 192.25.002 on the serial numbers. If it was originally white then they'd be a (W) next to the serial.
Nice that, i'd love one of those bad boys.
-
Ha ha Awesome!!! ;)
-
Hide it at our house if want ! It won't go missing. Honest. ;D

Thought you had one Andy ?
its weird the serial number denotes that it should be chrome but the guy i got it from swears he used to race it & that he got that & a freestyler from his Uncles bike shop brand new (John Lee in Higham Ferrers Northants) & it's always been white from new.
it's been re powdered but you can pretty clearly see the number: 25.001 same on the forks & theres no (w).. might be a factory mistake & kind of unique ?

Spindles are the right way round mate, the pedals just not screwed all the way in :daumenhoch:
-
no the platform should face forward at the top :-\

Ah I never even noticed that mate, So mate how do i swap these over ? I've never attempted taking a pedal apart before (but it's all fun & games) & something new to learn ! :daumenhoch:
-
easy nip the end kaps out . undo the nut on the end of the spindle . remove spindle . use grease to hold the bearings in place . there should be enough in . then swap spindles and put back together :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:
-
Really tidy build, love it colour balance is perfect :daumenhoch:

cant wait to see the response you get marty :LolLolLolLol:
Brilliant article & if was 16 yrs old 10 stone & out to race on the thing it's completely valid, but the bike is set up for the comfort for a 41 year old who can't do anything about the length of the top tube & will do little else but cruise around on it this summer (simple as that) believe me all the weight will be over the back not the front !

Sure and you will find out how nervous the steering is as the bars are too far forward; but hey it's your bike and who should care if it looks like a Burner if you don't :daumenhoch:

Yeah I thought the same :-X

I do apologise that my bars appear to be a couple of mm outside of the perimeters that fit your preconceived ideas of how (MY BUILD) should look ride & feel (to me) after all it is mine right ?????
Maybe it would be a good idea to ask about why a members bike is set up in a particular way before coming in with your petulant & quite frankly childish attitude (god knows why i've even felt the need to explain to you that its set up for me to cruise around on but & that extra couple of mm really help comfort wise but there you have it). if you haven't got anything complimentary or remotely interesting to say on peoples builds why even chip in ?
I think you know where you can shove your opinion you :Aresehole: I guess every message board has them it's just taken me 6 months to find a couple.. ;D
