Right guys I've found a frame I want in the states, now the guy is only 15 and doesn't have PayPal, how can I pay for this? Without having to send a cheque or somthing silly like that? Can I do a bank transfer from over here?

It sounds it but For $20 plus shipping I'm not fussed, it sounds dodgy but he has been on the forum for a while and is known member on said forum...

If he's only 15 he should not be on ebay or any other selling facility? If he's on a bmx forum ask him to get his parents to talk/email you surely they will be able to help you both sort some kind of payment out? If not then it is too risky :daumenhoch:
