:LolLolLolLol:  i've just realised who this is  ;D

All the 'inverted' stems i've ever seen still have the engraving on the top, plus they don't have holes where the bolts show through  ???

epic fail surely  ???

Looks suspect to me, I think Mattdub and deffo JJ have those stems so could possibly offer some light?

I saw one of these back in `82, on a brand new PK Ripper from Pheonix cycles in Leicester, so may well be factory, shite though all the same!!

I'm no expert but definitely looks upside down to me.  :-[
The amount of tackle this fella knocks out you'd think he'd know better.  ???

I suppose if you were riding an old skool and wanted lower rise and these stems allowed it, then it would be trick. If its a case of turning it over and its cheap to buy, then I see no probs.

It must be an early one.  You couldn't flip a standard one as there's a lip between the upper surface and the hole where the shaft is inserted.  oo-err.   :-[

You can't turn the base part of the clamp upside down from a standard stem as the shaft wouldn't fit

The other genuine inverted stems I've seen for sale have been asking for big bucks. A hell of a lot more than a standard stem
