So, i finished my Rickman freestyler, but kept looking at the wheels. i know i built it to ride but there was no getting away from it. they looked shit.
so rather than spending loads of dosh buying some, i decided to build/modify what i already had. first up i measured up my existing scabby 7x rims for the pro class conversion.

Quite some work there ! , job's a good'un ;)
-
Great transformation.
How long did it take?
the stripping/drilling and polishing took the longest, about 2 hours per rim (the sides were a wreck)
the building was surprisingly quick, just over an hour for the first wheel, then around 40 minutes for the second wheel once i knew what i was doing.
no doubt i could build a set a lot quicker now that its in my head. 8)
