Title: Skyway TA build, re-chromed personally delivered by Stevesred vxr tonight.....

I bought this off stevesredvxr and he personally delivered it tonight...... You dont get service like that any more.... :daumenhoch: I thought I would start the thread tonight as I have a lot of bits to help the build and will be starting this weekend.....

So a beautiful re-chromed Skyway TA frame and forks and a fee easter egg chucked in the box ( thanks Steve my daughter loved it :LolLolLolLol:)

It is better than I expected....... :daumenhoch:

Guys any feedback on colur scheme when you see the build pictures are appreciated...... I have Pro Class rims for her, white mx 1000s and tech 4 levers, red cables, red power stem, GT pro bars, GT seatpost, red Kashi style seat......

Post by: Mattdub on April 10, 2013, 09:14 PM: Lookin' nice ;) . I'd go for brakes in red , blue or silver and if a race inspired build ( Pro Class wheels ) then you don't have to worry about a front brake either ;)

I am saving for the DRZ but had already bought this and this was never an option to be sold....... I even put the Class up which I thought I wouldnt do but sourced loads of goodies for this over last 2 weeks and gfoing to look nice......

I cant say how lovely the chrome is it is an amazing job.........

Gold Epoch headset
Suntour VX cranks, me bargain off e bay.... :daumenhoch:
Pro Class rims in good nic not mint with Comp 3 repop yellow labels fat thin combo..... :smitten:
Crappy red copy suntour power stem but tempted with my white Pro Class stem...... :crazy2: :crazy2:

Will hopefully get it mostly finished Saturday Sunday as most parts are bought and here, GT Pro bars, White MX 900s and tec 4 levers, Haro seat post.....Plus a few other bits.... Stay tuned.... :daumenhoch:

quick break down off parts
Re chromed mint TA frame and forks
Pro Class wheels with Comp 3 yellow label tyres
GT Pro bars, newer ones, SR polished stem, Skyway grips
Dia Compe powdered MX 900s with NOS Tech 4 levers and generic cables
Long Cr0-Mo seat post with Haro decal on it
Odyssey clamp but got Suntour red anno one to go on
Epoch Morri gold headset
Suntour VX cranks with SR 44T chainring and shark bite pedals
Red seat with Kashi decal but got a nice Landar Aero off Chris coming.......

I like......But with pads or without?????? I prefer without........ Let me know what you think....... Steve
