eBay is the biggest shop window in the world - if you think bringing it to the attention to the members on here will make a difference - I very much doubt it

I dont know why folk give someone a hard time for mentioning a listing...

All i'm saying is that we trawl the same sites day after day, eBay.co.uk, US, worldwide, Museum, RB, Gumtree etc etc hoping to find a bargain. Emotions aside and looking at it logically most folk on here are doing it, all of the private collectors I know do it and the hundreds and thousands that I don't know are doing it - we're all doing the same thing, the odds of someone listing something on here that the majority haven't already seen are very very long...

no harm in it, i don't want it, maybe some one on here will or will know what it is, that way it puts my mind at rest and ive learn on the way what it is.

i saw it last week ended with a b.i.n at £160 within minutes, and i put a post up asking what it was or if anyone got it.
a few days later its back on by the new owner ,again i don't want it, so thought put the word out, i think it looks nice and am interested to find out what it is

Post by: Spen69 on April 16, 2013, 09:13 PM: It looks a good copy Gen1 Danny. The rear chain stays are welded low on the BB so look correct but the seatpost tube looks too high. Look like Ammaco freestyler forks to me - got a set on my Ammaco 202.

Looks cool though but I don't think it's a Gen1 without some decent close up pics..... :-\

Run it through the BMX police database & get a hit on the address and then go and 'ring' a HARO :LolLolLolLol:? I think if I was selling it and someone asked me for the frame number, id quite happily give it. weird people about these days,me included. im thinking its not a Haro, or it would be listed as one,? makes sense to me.

first i thought it might be a GENERAL Hustler 1985? (->http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=435690) In that thread there is a unknown frame with serial similar to the one in This thread: T xxx CC cccc.
Peeps there who own one say it might be a General, but the owner of the to-be-identified bike says his bike does NOT have a coaster mount. And his bike comes with landing gear style forks, and those seem to be found on ST Stylers alot..... Note the pink downtube decal on the guy's bike. Does it say ST, I can't read it, but my bet's placed anyway... :yahoo_silent:

That picture of the bike shows no name decals on it to identify it's maker, just added decals by the owner. The one under it is a Scott BMX decal :daumenhoch:

from what i read (in that vintagebmx link from above) i guess that Arizona based company was more or less a distributor of prob Taiwan made frames, or possibly made of Torker leftovers.....
