I'm guessing a few of you already know but i thought i would bung them up as modern alternatives to oldschool freestyle tyres are a bit limited

Thought about buying a set as an alternative to the white frequency G's i got a while back but it seems they are like rocking horse poop in this country and the only place i cound find them was flatlandfuel. at $40 a pop before shipping :yahoo_silent:
Luckily our kid is out in Japan again so i have put a request in for a "couple of sets" ;)

A more local source for these would be awesome! Shipping prices really spoil a bargain!
-
I expect a local source will pop up very soon, but won't be charging rock bottom prices. I've seen folk trying to push them on the Museum as OG for $125 :Aresehole: s

they look way cool!an interesting alternative to Freqeuncy -G's.May be a better all rounder too.I can't understand how no one has them here-i reckon they would sell a whole heap! :daumenhoch:
-
Would the radshop be able to source them? That would be great if they could! And maybe offer a group discount for all interested Radster's......similar to what other forums do for their members? :daumenhoch:
-
Apparently there's some sort of licensing issue with them, but don't worry they'll be a load here soon ::)

Right, my nephew is going out to japan to visit our kid and has agreed to bring me back a few goodies ;)
He could add a few more goodies to the hoard i guess but i dont want to take the piss so if anyone is interested it may be worth getting a bunch shipped? 8)

Are they actually getting some in stock Terry? I have read conflicting stories about the availability of these ???
-
After a recent post on another forum and seeing a couple of sets sell on the Museum for stupid money, I made a few enquiries with a couple of very trusted Museum members and was told that these tyres have actually been available in Japan for the last 2 years. There is much debate about whether they should be sold in western countries due to high demand value of original tyres. These actually sell in Japan for $44 a pair (£29), so, you see the predicament they have as original surviving pairs fetch 4 times as much :idiot2:
I am sure that you will no doubt see them eventually but at much more inflated prices.
I am considering phoning the distributor below/above and see what I can confirm from them :daumenhoch:

I had a word with stodgy at the radbmx shop today about these,I think he will look into it :daumenhoch:

Much debate by whom, the anti-repop police I suppose :police:
Very little they can do, well apart from not buy any, if a company wants to produce and market an item it owns the rights to.

You can get them here,
Ive bought kashimax's from these guys before, they are good but you will end up paying Vat & that bloody annoying parcel-force or royal mail admin charge on top making them pricey.
