Title: Polish my helmet.... (more help needed)

Dont normally do non bike parts but i got offered these and they make a nice set with the Miranda mags i got a while back.
Question is should i attempt to give them a bit of a clean up and repair the lining in one of them or leave well alone?

at the most you could try simple clear window spray only on the white parts, small areas, spray and rub lightly with a cloth, q-tips on the edges of the stars etc. Wouldn't risk touchig those stars and the other red stuff :daumenhoch:

Post by: oldschoolace on May 16, 2013, 05:05 PM: Ok they came today and look great :) The red fabric liner is in great condition but the soft foam underneath has perished and is beginning to granulate. The polystyrene liner is fine and i can remove the red fabric liner quite easily. Should i remove all the soft foam and replace it or just leave it alone? :-\
