Today, I have given these pedals a mild clean and a re-pack and moved onto the cranks. Polished the 'Primo' off the arms, ready for some decals :daumenhoch: , but then got to wondering what ring or spider I should be using with them.
Having never been down this road before, I thought I would ask the guys that have. I also need, what I think is a 22mm BB, as the one that came with it is shot.
Any ideas/help is appreciated guys,

Yep, 22mm BB on these, will come with a top hat washer so you can run pretty much what you like, I've had a tuf neck power disc, sugino spider and various mid school 1 piece chain rings, assuming you are doing a gt build with these?
are they power bites or hollowbites?, both are pretty much bomb proof, although hollowbites can have issues with wobbly pedal bosses and people not knowing how to deal with them!!

I did pick them up for a GT but things have digressed from that :D
I'm not sure if they are power bites or hollowbites to be honest. My mate says they are different gen arms as one is threaded and the other is sleeved. What's the issue with the pedal bosses bro? Not fitted or used these yet so I hope these are okay ;D
