Title: 2013 PK Ripper Looptail or Floval Flyer???
Post by: barker196 on May 20, 2013, 10:16 PM
Having done a couple of Mini Burners for my sons its my turn to have some fun.  For info my BITD bike was an Extra Burner.

Anyway I can't afford an oldschool up front so am looking at getting through my works cycle to work scheme either a 2013 Looptail Ripper in white with the Blue Skyways.....or the red 2013 Floval Flyer.

Although ive started taking my son to BMX racing club I dont think I will take up racing although will like to ride the track.  I will probably just use it for casual fun rides with my kids and pulling the odd stunts here and there.

Any advice or opinions on either bike please radsters? The concept of a 24'' BMX is a bit strange to me but if theres more longevity in a bigger bike should I go that way?

For the record im 5'8 and 11 stone

Thanks for any advice

my advice would be forget any new school ride with Tuffs, tuffs are only good enough for poodling down the shops and should stay on old bikes.........I would go for the Floval (as i have one and they ride real nice) but go for the proper one with spokes rather than the clown bike with wheel chair wheels  :daumenhoch:
