Do I need a special tool for this ?
-
just a chain splitter, but obviously you push the pin in rather than pushing a pin out :daumenhoch:
-
What he said ^^^ push it in then out then in , out and then shake it all about .
-
Tried using my chain splitter last night but couldn't suss it out. Had an herbal cigarette just before hand though so probably didn't help. :D
I'll try again tonight with a clear head.
-
:LolLolLolLol: try not push pin out completely its a reet pig to get back in , im slowly getting hang of it but even then they can finnish up stiff :daumenhoch:

Wise words Rick. :daumenhoch:

try and push it out as little as poss and use the thin rod of the chain link extractor to pry the big hole either side to make the chain flex freely after
