Post by: woody72 on May 26, 2013, 07:08 PM: well I've decided to build it as a kuwahara rep as the rear drop outs look similar so any pointers on bits would be apprieciated got a set of black UKAI rims that I'm building as I type this and thinking of a black and red colour scheme and keeping the chrome frame and forks if they clean up ok

Not sure what that frame set is though. Does it have Akisu stamped on the fork drops?

I good Kuwi rep has to be all black on the chrome :daumenhoch: but, like I say, build it how you want to. Are you going to ride it when you have finished?

Post by: woody72 on May 27, 2013, 11:38 AM: Cheers guys yeah my ukais are black and going black brakes and accesories got a red elina ultra light and thinking of going with a red pad set if I can find a straight bar set as all I've found so far are v bar sets heard that they were being redone just trying to find a supplier in the uk, yeah gonna use it when it's done prob's for veedub shows and the odd trip to the pub just taken a look at the forks and there's nothing on them anywhere other than a on the steerer tube it has lungi made in taiwain
