Hi everyone,
I'm building a Leary Turbo, and would like the "proper" specs.
I know lotsa people do it their way, but I'd at least like to know what "should" be on one.
I ain't gonna go down the black chrome road, but I'd like the right parts - even if wrongly coloured!
I'd like to know all the parts right down to seat post clamp/hubs/calipers etc. please.
Also I have seen a lot of Turbo's with 1.75 rims, but someone told me they originally came with 20 x 1.5's what is right?
Many T's I A

OMG!!
FCUKed up already with the grips!
Thought they had F1's
DOH!
Cheers for the info though.
:)
Actually - just looked and noticed a few differences with what I had expected. Were there different models. (IE for different years?)
Cheers

Other differences I noticed are Suntour beartraps, not DB Turbo pedals.
Tech 3 lever, not pre-bent type.
Compe 3 tyres, I thought they came with DB Compe 2's.
Anyone else got different info?
I recon it must be a year thing. (Hopes....)
-
looking at the bottom it says oct 84 , as its a small diamond (gusset)bike on spec sheet , im sure the differences mentioned are on the big diamond (gusset) pre this bike , mine is a big gusset bike , radman or scary leary are the fellas on this subject , they seem to know there stuff , come on lads your imput is needed here
-
that is the 84 small gusset spec, it is wrong for the large gusset 82 - 83, paul your decals are on the way to me, sorry for not getting back to you been real busy
