Falcon ? , Yes ? , not sure if Ammaco did a 24 ( probably not ;D ) ..............
-
haha yeah headtube gusset is very much like a falcon but on the bmxmuseum the 1984 Falcon Pro Aero Flyer 24 is not a loop tail and the Falcon Pro Beta 24 looptails do not have drilled rear dropouts, there are 4 examples but only 2 are loopys ?? .. and your right seems ammaco did not make a 24 :)
-
My falcon pro beta 24 is looptail but has, as you say undrilled dropouts?? Also mine has a round rear brake bridge, forks are different too - so the only facolny bit is the gusset :-\
-
doh....deffo a mongoose with a welded gusset,,,looks like its took a clowt on front end
-
Does look like a goose , apart from the headtube gusset combo :-\
-
seems there's others like this ..... mystery 'Mongoose 24' -> http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=99057

hmm interesting the thread says Peugeot ... the frame n forks were posted for sale in france ... thats where i got pics ... mongoose would be nice eh n the rear looks like it but that weld on top of head tube is a shame eh?

Hi Steve
Akisu made, team released Peugeot cruiser from 84 or 5. A few have surfaced over the years here and there.
Some had a Lion badge riveted to the headtube and a CPX xxxxx serial number under the BB.

ahh cheers ... its not a bad looking frame ... that particular one is in mid-eastern france via leboncoin for 100 euros .. saw a red steel hub tuff on there too for 15 euros - but was an orphan single front i think
