I'm after one polished or silver any idea what were about 95 onwards

I was using Shimano but can't remember which model. I think Tektro were making them around that time as well.

Yep, Tektro (although I think they were only in red back then as DX knock-offs), Diacompe Diatech V's and Lizard V's are the one's I can remember.

Dunno Neil - if you want to be 'era correct' then imho DX's are the way forward - just remember everyone back then with V's having the bright red DX's and red peds  :)

If the bike has a 1" head tube then you need to go cantis in my opinion. V brakes on a 1" it just looks too new for the build. Just my 2 pennies worth though so buil dit as you wish.  :daumenhoch:

Paul had some nice v's and canti's in the early 90's, nice ones ain't cheap though :daumenhoch:
