This is an old frame of mine, which I'd love to buy back...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=321159906704
...however, the seller has the frame for sale with some undrilled 'Landing Gear' that look a bit wrong to me. I'm no expert...what are Landing Light Forks as they are described as?
I'm not just talking about the decals, but the shape, tube thickness and dropouts look wrong. What do you guys think?
Any help would be great
Cheers
Neil

Doh! He means Landing Gear Lite, huh?
So, they are undrilled, Landing Gear Lites with a 2 hole drop out? :-[
-
I thought "Lites" had three hole drop outs plus they where drilled for a front brake caliper.

Ash is your man to clear this up :daumenhoch:

They don't look like normal LG's to me..........did they make mini ones? ???
-
They look like LG lites like Ive had quite a few of over the years from shiners

Those are 2nd Gen lites, different shape to the Gen 1's and only have two holes on the drop outs and no brake hole. Should still have a solid weld on the outside and 3 welds on the inner drop though. Also the dropout should go straight into the fork leg and not have a slight curve at the top :daumenhoch:
