Just picked this up from a mate who has owned it from new , he said he rode twice then hung it in tbe rafters of his garage where its been since..
Haro tyres are like new , various fusion parts , DC bulldogs and levers etc...
Am going to retro build it as a Master or Freestyler or something
Wireds on the museum is quite tidy , Gavins white build on here is too
First off, strip and polish to see hownut comes up ..

Awesome! I love these little zippos... Cheap, cheerful and look ace when theyre done!
I let my white build go a couple of months ago to fund a 91 Sport.....really enjoyed building it!
Cant wait to see the finished piece! :daumenhoch:

Bare in mind I'm no Haro expert :LolLolLolLol:
Someone with a bit more Haro pedigree will no doubt pipe in with the exact year :daumenhoch:
-
Theres a 96 on the museum which looks the same , chap I got it off says he deffo got it in the 90's just couldn't recall when....
^"^
-
Just my opinion, but that'd look nice cleaned up and as a survivor ;)
-
Are these Zippo's lighter or heavier than a master :-\
-
think Masters are chromo ..? http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,125307.msg1204268.html#msg1204268
while there is also f.ex a '98 on the museum that's like yours (decals...), and also the Haro serial thread there http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=206889 gives no clear info (even tho there's a bloke there stating: "i just got a haro frame twin top tube from the junk yard is it a zippo or master serial is ho-k6a1965").... i'd still say '96
... because there is a 6 in the # :LolLolLolLol:
....get buckwild 8) :daumenhoch:

Polish and a few swaps , gyro was knacked so may remove it completely, good for the beer run :buck2:
-
It doesnt look as though your gyro is knackered Wez.....to me it looks as though the top black plate under the locking nut is upside down :daumenhoch:
