What's the going rate for a NOS/immaculate blue Suntour powerstem these days?

£80 to £110 mate, may even be a touch more just depends on who wants it.

I've seen them go on ebay for about £40 for nice used. As said, think you would be looking at about £100 for a minter.

Paid £110 for this one the other week off of a guy that used to be on here. I do love a Suntour put them on most of my builds:
Expensive & it hurt me to shell out that much but worth every penny:
