Title: 84 Redline 500a
Post by: Howser on July 20, 2013, 07:25 PM
Evening gents,
I've been on here about a year now and thought it time I shared one of my two builds with you. Slightly apprehensive as the are some amazing bikes on here but I'm really pleased with it and ride it every weekend.

I bought the frame and forks on here back in January this year, sourced the parts and a big thank you to Kappy who painted the kkt pedals and sugino chain ring for me. Last part to change out will be new tyres soon.

If I've managed to get photo bucket right below there should be some pics of the bike below.

Many thanks

Thanks for your comments and glad you like it. As it was my first build I wanted it to look like the bikes we knocked about on bitd. - good memories.

I'll sort the bars out tomorrow   :LolLolLolLol:

Great Bike!!

A nice set of Redline V bars would compliment it perfectly  :daumenhoch:

Thank you.  Been considering a pair of v bars for while and can't make up my mind !  I'm probably bringing it to MK so hopefully will have a chance there to see what it looks like with v bars to decide  :daumenhoch:

You're right they do look good with fork lifters. That's added another idea to my dilemma  :-\

I like it how it is,just about everyone had cw's or cw copies bitd so that makes the bike more authentic....
