Hi Everyone,
Is it me or is this hobby stupidly addictive? Under the guises of buying an old school BMX to renovate for my son (who is only 3! ;)), I bought a 1984 Curtis Expert (hence the tag) which, given my south west routes, I used to race back in the day. Since then I have completely lost my work / life / BMX balance! Does this sound familiar?
Can I just say hello to everyone and how much I have enjoyed RADBMX and this trip down memory lane.
I packed up my frame for SBD to work his magic on only this morning, so looking forward to sharing my first build in the coming months.
I hope you guys have a great weekend in MK. :)

Ahh that old chestnut
The 'using-your-child-as-a-cover-to-justify-buying-them-a-child's-bike-but-it's-really-for-you-and-they'll-never-be-allowed-to-use-it-themselves-really' technique has already been successfully employed by many members on here. It's the slightly less extreme take on having the kid in the first place to achieve the same goal
Then of course there's the popular 'its-for-my-wife-look-it's-got-pink-on-it' technique :daumenhoch:

I hadn't thought of the pink angle Griff. That's the 280x (2nd bike I had) justified. Where can I get pink dust caps?!

Welcome, please don't build a pink Torker. ???
