Im trying to piece together some BMX history and remember buying a DB Pro from a shop in Gravesend Kent around 1983/4.
I found the ad in a BMX mag so it must have been a fairly large shop. They ran out of Silver Streaks and so sent me a Pro, which again confirms they carried a bit of stock and must have been fairly large at the time.
Anyone know what the name of the shop might have been or remembers them? Thanks

I think it was called Just BMX in Queen Street Gravesend mate ;)
I remember it as a kid :daumenhoch:

It was down Queen St, I think...Just by where Woolworths used to be. I dont think It was around long, but the couple of times I went in there it was quite busy!

Thats the one - thanks guys :daumenhoch:

If they were giving away Pro's for the price of Silver Streaks it explains why they were not around for very long. :LolLolLolLol:

Yep - couldn't believe it - £210 delivered to the Channel Islands.....sweet deal. Eventually swapped it for a Pro class.....!

Yep that's them. I remember me and my mates cycling miles there to get a copy uni seat and then it broke after a short while :'(. Here's an advert from 84.
