I wouldn't have said it if it wasn't , its not from rumour it was from Steve himself.

Didnt mean it like that dude. Just wondered if it was a definate or might be and all that jazz.  Perhaps i should have said. 'Is that for definate....' :daumenhoch:

Steve was at my work a few weeks back, he spent the whole afternoon with me as i was
painting his car wheels and we had a good chat about him doing his pads and i'm sure he's still doing them but keeping it more low key as he's full time on his day work :daumenhoch:

Yes he said that he was struggling to find time to do them etc that's why he mentioned about not either doing as many or at all.

Mad rok I know you didn't mean it like that like I didn't mean it as it ended up typed.

Shame if Steve doesn't carry on with the pads, as there is a need for them from peeps and at the mo no one else is doing them

With nobody else doing padsets probably tells us that there is no money in it and its very time consuming  :-\

Hope he's still doing them but at £60 a throw i cant see how there's no money in it for him, He was supposed to be doing a set for a Haro & a Rickman but i've not heard from him in months...... :-\ :-\ :-\

If he's doing a set he hasn't done before, and has to do artwork etc, £60 is cheap IMO unless he's guaranteed to get future orders on that particular padset. Some of the padsets artwork is complex and has to be done in layers, it all takes time. He has a job and a family to support as well, so he does find it difficult to do special orders and customs ETC

Last time i spoke to Steve, he said he was just doing the Burner ones as he has every type on file and they are much easier for him to do.
